          Applying cream blush is easy. Press onto the apples of cheeks with fingertips, blending out toward the hairline. Dab onto lips with fingertips or use our  Lip Brush  (sold separately).

          CAN I USE CREAM BLUSH WITH POWDER FOUNDATION? 

          Yes. You can apply cream blush after applying powder foundation.
